CRU Galston Gorge has a unique opportunity for a hands‑on Property Maintenance Manager to take charge of site presentation and lead a small, committed team in keeping our stunning bushland campsite running at its best.
Your focus:
- Lead and roster maintenance & cleaning staff.
- Keep facilities, grounds and services in top condition.
- Oversee repairs, contractors and compliance.
- Manage budgets, purchasing and capital works.
- Ensure a safe, functional and welcoming site for all guests.
You bring:
- Active involvement in a Christian church and alignment with our mission.
- Maintenance/facilities experience.
- Confident team leadership.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Manual licence + fitness for hands‑on work.
